Services
I provide online counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, low mood, emotional overwhelm, stress, life transitions, suicidal thoughts or feelings, stress related to relationship strain, family dynamics and caregiver roles. This support may be helpful if you are feeling stuck, depleted, or struggling to manage competing demands.
Sessions focus on understanding your experiences, developing emotional awareness, and identifying practical strategies to support your wellbeing in everyday life.
Parent Support
I offer a supportive space for parents navigating emotional fatigue, uncertainty, and the complexities of family life. This includes support for parents of neurodivergent children, with an understanding of the unique pressures, advocacy demands, and emotional load that may be present.
Sessions centre around the parents’ wellbeing, providing space to reflect, regulate, and feel supported without judgement.
Counselling for Adults
My work is grounded in trauma-informed principles, recognising how past experiences can shape present emotions, relationships, and coping patterns. Trauma does not always stem from a single event; it can also develop through ongoing stress, unmet needs, or repeated experiences of overwhelm.
Support is offered gently and respectfully, with an emphasis on safety, choice, and pacing. Sessions may involve building emotional regulation, increasing self-understanding, and developing steadier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Trauma-Informed Support
This support focuses on helping you understand emotional patterns and responses, particularly during times of stress or overwhelm. Sessions may include practical strategies for grounding, regulation, and self-compassion, alongside reflective exploration of triggers and internal experiences.
The aim is to build understanding, flexibility, and a greater sense of emotional steadiness over time.
Emotional Regulation & Coping
